Bone Marrow Drives on College Campuses Saving Lives!

Every year, around 14,000 patients in the US will need a bone marrow or blood stem cell transplant from a perfect stranger. Only 4 out of 10 will find a matching donor.

Earl Young’s Team has been working to help build awareness by visiting universities and churches, and organizing drives across the country. This work has helped to register more than 10,000 new potential donors and has led to 17 lifesaving matches.

6,500 of these registered donors and 14 of these matches were found through drives held on 23 campuses which are a part of the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities (CCCU).

Please! With your assistance, we can help even more patients find their match.

You can help change the odds by hosting a bone marrow donor drive on campus this year. Be a part of this life saving legacy!

Visit Earl Young at the DKMS booth at the CCCU International Forum, January 31 – February 2, 2018 in Dallas, Texas.

Or email oncampus@dkms.org to start organizing a drive today.
